A little information about me...
I have always been interested in alternative therapies, I finally decided to try my hand at a course in 2006 when I enrolled on a Reiki Practitioner course and the then Hitchin Natural Therapy Centre. I absolutely loved the course and wanted to further develop my holistic skills
In July 2006 I enrolled on an Anatomy and Physiology course with a view to expanding my knowledge and adding to the therapies I could offer.
At this time I was an Events Manager, expecting my first child and was ready to change career. Being able to help people always appealed to me throughout my life and the Reiki and Reflexology have really assisted me in achieving this.
I completed 3 Reiki courses taking me to Reiki Practitioner (sometimes referred to as Reiki Master) in February 2007.
In May 2007 I qualified with a VTCT Diploma in Anatomy and Physiololgy which enabled me to enrol for other therapies.
I had been intrigued by Reflexology since I saw a lady practising at a craft fair many years ago, and found that I really loved this treatment, both for myself and others.
I have been practising Reflexology since 2008 when I qualified with a VTCT Level 3 diploma in Reflexology.
I also reap the benefits of Reflexology by having treatments on a regular basis myself and had it through my last pregnancy which helped keep sciatica at bay.
Reflexology is a healing treatment that helps with fertility, headaches, the menopause, skin complaints, sleep disorders and stress. It has also been claimed to make the heart beat more efficiently.
So if you would like a body that functions harmoniously and efficiently as it’s meant to, then I can help you to achieve this!
